I am very confused and upset. I got a credit card a month ago with Kay jewelry for the purchase of a ring, which the color is fading away it was a black ring and now is silvery black. And they said I would receive a credit card in the mail within the first * weeks. * weeks pass and nothing. Today is a more then a month later and I decided to call and ask about my card. The costumer girl told me I couldn’t pay off my ring because the account isn’t updated yet which I don’t understand because it has been a month. She then told me that they will be sending a letter to confirm is me?? At this point I just want my money back I want to close the credit card account and I want to return the ring because this is very confusing and frustrating.
