Help with my Kansas City Star issue

Get the Star to fix their problems and fire the carrier. He*she obviously can not read simple instructions. ... My complaint is tha same as my mother's. I would like to know why your employees are so enept at following simple instructions. Is it because they can not read, or the fact the powers that be are not giving clear instructions. This has been an ongoing problem, not our first experience. The last time I called they received the TV guide, however, their birdbath was knocked over for several days. Our next course of action is the BBB and perhaps ProblemSolvers. The sad part is, you still take their money through auto draft every month. In my opinion, that is theft, taking advantage of the elderly. We expect a refund for the past month at least for this ongoing issue.
No one seems to care at the KC Star. They cheat their customers, by charging them for a service they do not get.
Getting their act together and hire people that take their job seriously.

For now my dad got his TV guide. We shall see what happpens Sunday. It should not take everyone in the family getting upset for something that could have been avoided.
