I'm out of the US & received an email from K-P saying my credit card would or has expired. BUT I had already given my new credit card to the Mail Order Pharmacy clerk and she said that was fine. I don't have an online account and don't have the information here to set it up and may need help with it. I tried to call but my cellphone is not working here. I won't return until *-**-**. I am a K-P member (no: ********) through CALPers retirement system. I want to get this problem fixed but don't know how I can do it before returning. I never had trouble before when I updated or changed a credit card no. Please allow me time to return to the US and call. Also where is a billing office in Santa Rosa that I could visit if I can't get through by phone on my return? Thank you.
