KLM agent was unbelievably rude and wouldn't check our bags, then recorded us as a 'no show' but, we were at ther KLM desk st the airport. I have our boarding passes. We self- checked at the kiosk. Now Priceline has deemed our ticket null and void because of the record no show status. We were not a no show we checked in. A TSA agent was angry and now we're told we lost thousands of dollars because she wrote no show claiming we were two minutes late to check our baggage.
Take off the no show status since we did show up and help me change the flight so we can get to Amsterdam
