I went in to kfc drive thru there was no line I ordered * famous bowl combo meals * chicken littles and * biscuits. I payed at the window and she told me pull around to the front. I was confused because there was nobody in line. I asked if they could make sure I get honey for my biscuits she acknowledged and said yes. I pulled around to the front and waited ** minutes for my food. When I got my food I drove home before opening it to find that there was no honey or butter. No cookies that come with the meal and no utensils to eat my food with. I was upset to say the least. I then called the kfc and asked if they could give me a free meal because I’ve constantly been disappointed with the service at multiple locations. They told me there is nothing they can do besides give me my * cookies. They should offer me a free meal for the awful service and bad experience.
