KFC store number H******. Window server Sylvia. I ordered one meal at drive thru. Not only did she not hear me after she promoted me to go ahead, I had to repeat myself because she was too busy talking to other workers to hear me the first time. I get to the window and asked her if she got the gravy on the side. She then snidely remarked, "oh, you tryna order at the window? We don't take orders at the window." To which I replied, "no, I'm asking if you heard me say gravy on the side because you didn't repeat that back to me." She claimed she didn't hear that part. I gave her my card and paid. It took so long to get the order that the people waiting behind me began blowing their horns. She then forgot my tea after she handed me the food. I ordered sweet tea. I've worked in fast food and it has always been my experience that the canisters the tea is kept in is clearly marked sweet or unsweetened. She gave me unsweetened tea. I feel this was done on purpose. This is not the first time this location has treated customers with disrespect. I understand that it is difficult to find decent help but not all the employees hired have to be dicks. It is more than uncalled for. It's ridiculous! They get your order wing because they aren't listening then act like it's the customers fault? C'mon KFC! Something can be done! Either hire more nature people or just throw in the towel!
