Visited on ********* around *pm after work. I ordered a $** fill up. I noticed a smell from the chicken when I open the box and inspected the chicken it was half cooked and some pieces appear to be very old. When I took the chicken back the manger was very rude and never apologize for what happen. He rudely took the chicken and brought me another and said here, here you go and left the counter. I inspected that box and manager had put a very old piece in my box also and I returned that piece. The second box wasn't any better it also was under cooked. The manager refuse to take it back so i left and finish cooking it at home since I had spent my money. Also while i was there I notice the cashier handle money and fix food without gloves or washing their hands. This is very unsanitary. This KFC is the worse ran one on the lower east side. The chicken is also the worse lately . Someone from corporate really I mean really need to monitor that more closely. They don't care what they serve nor how it looks
