I find it to be quite frustrating that I keep buying your product but after a month they’re hardly functional in terms of actually producing vapor. The price of this product I would imagine has a large profit margin. Therefore, buying this high priced product as well as knowing that the company is making a ridiculous profit margin infuriates me. The quality is not equaling the amount of time and money invested in this product. Ive had countless pods that leak. With every drop that it leaks takes away from the $** I spent on the pack of pods. Unfortunately, I’ve been addicted to nicotine for a long time and sought this as an opportunity to change my lifestyle. I was once happy with this product but in the past * months I’ve thrown away close to * Juuls based on issues with the product. Between both the pod being faulty and the actual device malfunctions I have began looking for another alternative. I do not find this fair, that me as the consumer, am constantly paying for a product that is faulty to say the least. This company made * billion since it began so I know from a business perspective that this product cost basically nothing to manufacture so I’m not understanding why I’m paying nickel and dime for a product that keeps malfunctioning. Please if I could have some suggestions as to why this product gives little to no vapor after * months of use? Why do the pods leak and sometimes come with the pods empty? Why is the product priced so high when it clearly does not equal the quality of the device? Why should I continue using this companies products if they fail to deliver a product that is adequate to the price? Hoping I could have some suggestions because I am growing more frustrated and disinterested in this product. I have started looking for another option because I feel as though this company understands that the consumer will pay an outlandish price regardless of the product they put on the shelf... hence the *% nicotine. **Sincerely,*Michael
