I bought the so-called starter kit two weeks ago and it contained NO mouthpieces. When I was finally able to purchase mouthpieces I used the device for less than two days and than re-charged overnight, but the device did not recharge. The next day I attempted to charge for six hours at by brother’s house but still did not charge. I returned home cleaned the contacts per your instructions and plugged in overnight and still no results. At this point I’ve spent almost twenty dollars on mouthpieces not to mention the money I’ve spent on four packs of cigarettes (about $**.**) because I still cannot use the device. At this point you owe me a new device and at least $**.** worth of mouthpieces.
