Hello, my name is Rebecca and I bought a juul to help me quit smoking. Which it did! I haven’t had any problems with it until last night (September *th). I put my juul on the charger and about * minutes later I smelled this horrible burning smell. After a couple minutes I realized that it was my juul! It somehow overheated. I took it off of the charger & burned my fingers taking it off (that’s how hot it was). It melted the inside of the charger (which I saved, just in case) and it emptied out my full Mango Pod. Now the juul itself smells like burnt plastic and it’s just horrible. I’m very upset because the Juul really helped me quit smoking and I don’t know what would have happened if I wouldn’t have caught it as early as I did. I wanted to make this problem aware to you and hopefully get a new Juul because it genuinely is one of the only things that helped me quit smoking. Thank you!
