I recently visited a store in Orlando, FL on May 12, [redacted], and purchased JUUL Pods which I found to have a weird and burnt taste. Upon examining the packaging closely, I noticed discrepancies between the ones I bought and my previous purchases. The fonts and colors on the labeling were different, the bar codes were distinct in design and printing, and the overall appearance and materials of the JUUL pods didn't match the authentic ones. Although I understand it's not your store's fault, I feel disappointed to have spent $21 on a pack of unusable pods. Hi,
A couple of nights ago, my Juul battery started flashing the yellow light and stopped working. I followed advice online to dry it out, but the issue persisted. I decided to buy a new battery for my gold case, but when I attempted to replace it, the battery overheated and emitted smoke. I had to discard it. I am hoping for a refund as the malfunctioning battery cost me $50, which is significant to me at the moment. Please let me know if a refund is possible. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently spent $60 on eBay for a Juul kit and bought cartridges for $22 from a reseller. The Juul pods leaked badly and the device didn't work properly, causing me to spend an additional $55 on a new Juul from a local store. Unfortunately, the second Juul also had issues with leaking pods and lack of vapor production. I'm now out almost $[redacted] and unable to return or get a refund for the defective products. I borrowed a friend's Juul, which worked perfectly and helped me quit smoking. I can't afford to buy another Juul right now. I recently purchased my 4th grey Juul and plan to register it later today. I logged onto the Juul website to sign up for auto-ship and claim the free gold device with a pod purchase. Unfortunately, the promotion is no longer available, so I opted for a blue Juul starter kit from eBay instead. However, I have encountered an issue with my last three Juul pods leaking, despite following proper storage guidelines. My Juul's battery is not working. It won't charge, the light doesn't turn on, and it doesn't produce any vapor. I used to have an account where I registered my Juul with the serial number Q7JXTDMX. Unfortunately, my account got blocked. I tried to create a new account to register my Juul again, but it said it had already been replaced, which is not true. The company instructed me to mail it to them, but after hearing my friend's bad experience of not getting hers back, I hesitated. I really need my device back as it has a one-year warranty. Juul helped me quit smoking, and I fear without it, I might go back to my old habits and risk getting cancer.

I am facing a confusing situation regarding my Juul warranty claim. Despite receiving the code, I encountered difficulties logging in through the email hyperlink provided. Surprisingly, I managed to access the account on a separate tab without any issues. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like changing passwords, refreshing the page, and restarting the internet app, all to no avail. When I tried to redeem the coupon code on the tab with my account info, it indicated the code was invalid. After requesting another code, it stated that the device was already replaced, which is not the case as I am still in possession of it. I embarked on this process to reclaim my original $90 investment.

I recently bought a pack of your Juul pods, and all four packs have leaked completely. I'm worried because I prefer this product over smoking cigarettes. I reached out to the retailer who directed me to your customer service. I believe the issue lies with the pods, not the actual Juul device, as I've purchased two of those. Your product has helped me quit smoking, and I've recommended it to others, but this leaking problem needs to be addressed. I recently purchased 3 packs of mango pods from an Exxon station. Upon inspecting the packaging, I noticed several discrepancies that raised concerns. The box was secured with an excessive amount of glue and had a different font compared to the usual packaging. The pods themselves were not like the ones I usually buy - there was no serial number, the material was sturdier making them harder to open, they were leaking, larger than usual, did not fit properly, had an incorrect taste, produced little smoke, and lacked nicotine. These seem to be counterfeit pods and I am seeking assistance on how to proceed, as I did not receive a receipt for the purchase. I am worried about the contents of these pods and would like a refund for the 3 packs. I have come across similar complaints online and am hoping for a resolution. I started using my Juul to quit cigarettes successfully, but it's now overheating and not working properly. The device gets too hot and my pods are leaking and hot to the touch. I have two quick questions. Firstly, while cleaning my juul's battery, a small rectangular piece fell out. Unsure if it belongs to the juul or the tweezers I used, could you help identify it if it's from the juul? Secondly, I purchased Melody fruit pods for my juul, but when using them, excessive juice leaks out, requiring constant cleaning after just 1 or 2 minutes of use. I recently noticed a charge of $58.61 from Juul on my card last week, which was slightly different from what I expected. The credit card company mentioned they canceled the transaction as it had not gone through yet when I flagged it. However, it seems that the payment was still sent to your company. Despite this, I haven't received a refund for this unauthorized charge or any other purchases. This is the second fraudulent charge on my card, leading me to cancel it for security reasons. I urge you to refund the money to my previous card. Strangely, when I visited your website, I was already logged in with an email address that isn't mine, raising further concerns. I purchased my Juul just 2 days ago. The first one I received had a defective light and despite trying everything, it did not work. When I returned it to the store, they exchanged it for a new one. Sadly, the replacement only lasted about 6 hours before not turning on. After registering it again online, I encountered difficulties with the verification code provided by customer service. Frustrated with the lack of assistance both online and over the phone, I am deeply disappointed with Juul's customer service. The entire experience has been a waste of time and money. I had bought it for my 84-year-old mother who found it helpful in quitting smoking due to lung cancer. As someone with experience in customer service, I find Juul's practices to be a complete rip-off. I am considering sharing my experience on "RIP OFF REPORT" and seeking a refund, although I am doubtful of success. My advice would be to avoid purchasing this Juul product.

I am frustrated with the continuous issues I have been having with this product. A year ago, I purchased my first Juul and had minimal trouble with it, enjoying using it. Lately, every time I buy pods, I encounter the problem of having to inhale at least half of the pod and still not getting a proper hit from my Juul. Spending $4 per pod makes this even more upsetting. I have experienced health issues from ingesting so much of the liquid. Today, I reached a breaking point after trying for four days to make your pods work in my Juul devices, without success. Two packs of pods and two different Juuls later, not a single pod worked in either device. This has resulted in wasted money totaling $32, not to mention the frustration of dealing with this addiction. I have often overlooked these issues by buying new pods, but even that did not solve the problem this time. I demand that you address and resolve this problem promptly.

I'm having trouble with my Juul pods not staying in the device. I think one of the prongs where the pods snap in is defective. I've cleaned and charged it, tried different pods, and contacted Juul. They want me to send it in for a replacement, but last time I just bought a new one to avoid waiting. I've purchased two starter packs in the last two months, and both have broken. I rely on my Juul to manage cravings and stay away from cigarettes. Waiting for a replacement is difficult for nicotine addiction. I hope Juul can resolve this quickly as I've already encountered issues with two devices I've purchased. I'm disappointed in the customer service and concerned about the wait time for a replacement.

Two days ago, I bought a juul starter kit from Speedway. Inside, I found a paper advertising a $30 visa e-gift card after taking a survey on their site. When I went to the link and entered the access code, I realized I needed to create an account, which I hadn't done yet. After trying to find a way to sign up instead of logging in without success, I closed the tab and tried again. Unfortunately, the site then said my code was invalid. Although it mentioned the code was for one-time use, I thought I could still complete the survey for the gift card. I believe my code is still unused for the e-gift card. I reached out to inquire on Twitter about the product and mentioned some negative experiences I've had with other brands. I inquired about the availability of a starter kit priced lower than $35 due to these past issues. Additionally, I stated my intention to make a purchase. Their response indicated that they do not offer any alternative kits aside from those displayed on their website. They also mentioned not being able to provide products for free or through social media due to legal reasons.
I was taken aback by the perceived accusation of seeking free items, which I found disrespectful.

I sent in my "limited edition" Gold Juul for warranty service, but after tracking it back and forth, I received no updates on the repair or replacement. I have been waiting for weeks with no response to my emails. It was obtained through a promotion on the Juul website and since it seems the Gold Juul is no longer available, I would like it repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

I recently purchased two Juuls at retail price for $40 each within a week as I am committed to quitting smoking and the Juul has helped me. I was not aware that each Juul comes with a second claimable one upon purchase. Unfortunately, both devices malfunctioned.
