I was trying to register my JUUL and claim my $** Gift Card ... When I bought my JUUL it had a voucher in it that said join JUUL Talk and receive a $** gift card so I signed up for it and answered all the questions and at the end of the survey it said I did not qualify for the gift card?? Didn’t say anything about having to (Qualify). This is not right and I want my gift card. I have bought * starter packs since and there was not a voucher, so apparently the surveys are random.
I just want my $** rebate card like the piece of paper said I would get.
I like my JUUL but not sure if I would give them another dollar due to customer support and $** rebate will not work because I’m not ( Qualified ) to receive this according to JUUL??
Tried to contact the number given and it’s just a “Repeat automated voice over and over!! They neen better customer support if they plan to sell a lot more of them!!
