I bought my juul July **, **** and I kept the receipt because I’ve heard that they do offer a limited one year warranty and there has been a lot of complications with juul. Sure enough, a few days ago I put in a cappuccino flavored juul pod that came with my starter pack and it was leaking badly. I took the pod out and there was juice down in my juul. I followed the tips to fix it from Juul’s website using a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol on it to clean and dry up the area, and putting a new pod in, every hit is either barely hitting or tasting very burned. I am so upset that I am having this issue only a few weeks into having my juul. I want to continue my juul experience but am in need of a new one. I’ve taken great care of it, no modification and I have carried it in a case and kept it dry and in good temperature. This is obviously a mess up from the defective juul pod. I hope Juul services will provide me with a new juul, for this complication is from defective product.**Thank you so much for hearing my concern,**Brittany Austin

To fix this, I suggest calling the care support team with Juul. I called and was immediately answered by Dexter who listened to my issue, gave me tips, and sent me a coupon code to get a free pack of * pods. Although this helped, knowing the leaky pod was an issue, it had destroyed my device which wouldn’t be useful for my free pods. So I got on their website at support.juul.com and filled out a survey explaining my experience with the care team but how I was still unsatisfied. So they sent me an email with a link for my new replacement device! That is now on its way to me right now. I feel a lot better knowing they cared enough to respond and reach out to my issue so quickly. This was all fixed within ** minutes of distress. To go through with getting a replacement you must know the serial * that is on the back of your device in * charectors and you must know the purchase date of your Juul. I hope anyone else with this issue is able to be helped, and I hope Juul will work on improving their products in the future! Happy juulling!!
