I just bought * packs of mango pods from an Exxon and from the moment i actually took a look at the packaging when i left the store i knew that something was off. when i opened it there was a large amount of glue holding the box together and i’ve never experienced that before and also different font then the normal packs. the part of the packaging that held the pods was nothing like the normal packs that i’ve been purchasing for some time now* there was no serial number, the material was way different and a lot harder to open, the pods were leaking already without even being opened from the packaging, the actual pods were bigger and can barely fit the juul, it tastes nothing like mango, hardly any smoke comes out and there’s definitely no nicotine in them. i know these are knock off pods and i’m just wondering what you can do to help me. they didn’t give me a receipt so i don’t know if they can refund me and i’m just very confused about how this is allowed and why you guys haven’t done anything about it. i’ve read several complaints with the exact same problem and i just want my money back since i bought * packs of them. i don’t know what is in these pods and i don’t know if it’s harmful. thank you and please get back to me.
