The issue in GetHuman-kmreardo's own words
My scheduled flight booked through JustFly for $***.** was canceled on March **th . The flight was supposed to be the morning of March ** from Tortola, BVI (EIS) to Antigua (ANU). I had a connecting flight (not on the JustFly reservation) to another island, Montserrat, at *pm on March **. JustFly offered me a flight the day before (requiring the cost of a hotel on Antigua) or the day of leaving EIS at *pm (making me miss my Montserrat connection so the loss of my $*** booked flight plus another hotel until I can make the Montserrat connection). JustFly had another connection that required two flights, one from EIS to San Juan, Puerto Rico, (SJU) then SJU to ANU that would get me to ANU on time for my evening connection. JustFly said I had to pay the difference. I had no other option without costing more money so I agreed to the amount they quoted me ($*** plus change). I saw the pending charge on my credit card the next day, but when it ultimately went through on my credit card, they charged me $***.**. I have tried to call now that I am back in the US and I cannot be connected to a human. I have disputed the charge with my credit card, but I am at a loss for how to deal with this issue. I don't think I should have been charged in the first place for a cancellation I had no control over and they had another way to get me there on time, but I have now been charged almost *x the original cost of my flight (***.** * ***.**).

GetHuman-kmreardo did not yet indicate what JustFly should do to make this right.
