Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out for assistance regarding booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Originally, I made a reservation for my fiancé to travel to Belize to meet me. However, due to business commitments, we now need to change the final destination to Amsterdam instead of routing through Amsterdam as originally planned. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter through customer service, I have been informed that the reservation is non-refundable. The issue arose because I purchased flight insurance under the belief that it would provide coverage for schedule changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, I later discovered this was not the case for this particular situation. I have recognized that I could have selected a refundable option for the booking instead of the travel insurance and acknowledge my mistake. I kindly request a refund for the portion of the trip that is no longer required, willing to pay any additional fees for the change to reflect the new itinerary (CGK-AMS). I have already arranged her return flight separately through JustFly (AMS-CGK) and have been a satisfied repeat customer due to the competitive pricing, user-friendly website, and excellent customer service. Hello everyone. I recently made a booking with you, and unfortunately, the departure and destination on my ticket were reversed upon receipt. I reached out for assistance, but I was told that it was too late to make changes. Although I cannot be completely certain it wasn't an error on my part, I am quite confident it wasn't. With only one week left until my flight, I sincerely hope you can correct this issue or provide a refund so I can rebook with your company. I purchased tickets through your platform to travel from Phoenix to Aruba, departing on June 4 and returning on June 12. JetBlue cancelled the flight after keeping us on the plane all night without offering even a glass of water. In the morning, they informed us that the plane indeed had mechanical issues and the flight would not proceed. I was supposed to arrive in Aruba today, June 5, at 3 pm. Due to the delay, I need to cancel my entire trip, but JetBlue claims they do not refund the money for the tickets I have for the return trip with American Airlines. When I bought the tickets with you, JetBlue would take me to Aruba, and AA would bring me back to Phoenix. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance as this situation is entirely JetBlue's fault, and I need to recover the money I paid for my trip. I appreciate your valuable help in advance. My name is Kontee Thongthai, and I have a flight booked with EVA airline under confirmation code LJ4MRR. I am looking to change my departure date from August 18th, [redacted] to August 2nd, [redacted], or any date before August 4th. Due to the ongoing strike situation at EVA airline, I am concerned about my travel plans. I need to arrive at Houston (IAH) by August 18th without any delays as I have important commitments the following day at University of Houston. I've heard about flight cancellations from friends, so I want to secure a new flight, either with EVA or another airline, that will get me to Houston at least two weeks before August 18th. I attempted to cancel my reservation with Justfly 48 hours before departure due to issues with my passport from the Russian Embassy. Despite trying to modify the outgoing flight from July 3rd to July 5th as I awaited my passport via overnight UPS, Justfly informed me I'd lose the entire round trip. This resulted in me having to purchase another roundtrip ticket directly from LOT to salvage my travel plans, including hotel bookings and tours. I am seeking a refund from Justfly for at least the return ticket, which I couldn't utilize because of their restrictions. I only required a one-way ticket, as my return remained unaffected throughout this ordeal.

Hello, my name is Alicia M. Yesterday, I purchased a ticket online through the JustFly website. However, I received an email canceling the reservation. I contacted my bank in Colombia, Bancolombia, and they confirmed the payment went through. Spirit Airlines informed me that they did not cancel the reservation, suggesting I reach out to JustFly. Upon contacting JustFly, a consultant explained that the purchase was declined and only a pre-authorization was made, not a charge. Despite my insistence that the payment was charged to my credit card, the representative maintained that no charges were made and the funds would be returned. Today, I followed up with my bank, but they informed me that JustFly had not sent any message regarding the payment or refund. I require a resolution, as I will not be paying for a canceled booking. I purchased these tickets for a victim of domestic violence who needs to travel for a court hearing regarding child custody. To support her during this difficult time, I arranged for a domestic violence advocate from our office to accompany her on the trip. There was an error with the booking made by Green Haven Family Advocates of Monroe, WI, which scheduled a late evening departure on August 21st from Phoenix to Chicago, causing her to miss a day of work. Good afternoon. I made a flight booking for my wife through JustFly this morning. The itinerary number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I planned for her to travel to Harbin, China to visit our daughter and then accompany her to the US later. On reviewing the details, I realized that my wife is on a different connecting flight from Beijing to NYC than the rest of the family. On August 8, [redacted], I missed my connecting flight, #[redacted], to Muscle Shoals, Alabama on Boutique Air with confirmation #AATCAL. I encountered delays on flight #[redacted] from Dallas, TX, which caused me to miss my connecting flights to Greenville, MS and Atlanta, GA. Despite assurances from the check-in agent in Dallas that there would be no issues with my connections or checked bag to Muscle Shoals, I faced challenges upon arrival in Greenville with discussions of flight cancellations. Following a series of events, including unhelpful interactions with Boutique Air and JustFly, I was left to purchase another ticket the next morning in order to get home. This experience was unacceptable considering it was due to circumstances beyond my control. I am requesting refunds for my airline ticket of $[redacted].00 (AATJDY), lodging at Hilton Garden Inn East Point, GA for $[redacted].32, and meals based on the airline's policy totaling $30.00, amounting to a total of $[redacted].32. Due to a visa issue, I contacted your customer service at 1-[redacted] to cancel my air tickets within 20 hours. I spoke with a representative named "AIZEN" between 12:00am to 12:30pm. AIZEN deducted $[redacted] from my refund and requested an additional $[redacted] from my credit card, insisting on obtaining my 3-digit CVV number for processing. I complied, although I question the security of this request and the excessive charges given the timeframe. This incident puts my credit card at risk, and I expect accountability from both AIZEN and your company. I bought tickets from JustFly on April 15, [redacted] for a one-way flight with Norwegian Airlines #[redacted] from Rome to LAX on August 10, [redacted] in Economy Plus for $1,[redacted].32. Unfortunately, the flight had to make an emergency landing back in Rome due to an engine failure. It took 10 hours to retrieve our baggage from the damaged plane, and Norwegian did not rebook us. I ended up booking a new flight with Delta for the next day at a high cost of $2,[redacted] in the same class. I booked a return flight from Larnaca to Ukraine, but later cancelled it. Justfly notified me that I would receive a refund for the fare minus a cancellation fee. To my dismay, instead of receiving a refund, I was double charged. I am deeply frustrated by this error and urgently need it resolved. My son-in-law purchased a return ticket and one night's accommodation at the O.R. Tambo Airport Marriott hotel on February 24, [redacted]. The purchase was made using an American Express Nutriss card under the name of P. Kamps. The ticket was for a trip from Durban, South Africa to West Palm Beach on May 14, [redacted], returning on August 20, [redacted]. The JUSTFLY booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The JUSTFLY receipt number for the Marriott hotel accommodation is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The booking under the name of G. R. Hill and C. V. Hill was not processed correctly at the hotel as the payment from JUSTFLY was not received. We were forced to pay for the accommodation again. We have attempted to resolve this with the hotel and JUSTFLY with limited success. We are now seeking a refund. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Regards, G. Hill

I received an email from JustFly.com on August 14, [redacted] regarding my refund processing. Upon checking the Refund Status with my booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and the last name Picoult, a message appears indicating the refund was processed a month ago and may take up to 30 days to be received. However, when speaking with JustFly customer service, they mention it could take 6 to 8 weeks. The JustFly CRS advised me to contact my financial institution. I have received timely refunds from other companies after cancellations, but with JustFly, it seems delayed. I hope JustFly will process my refund promptly as they did with my payment.

I paid $15.95 each for my husband's and my seat selection on our upcoming flights from JFK to Cairo next Spring. In previous phone communications, I was informed that I should contact the airline 72 hours before our flight for seat assignments. However, Egyptair now states that seat assignments must go through our "agent" starting January 1, [redacted]. Justfly indicates they are unable to reach Egyptair. I feel frustrated with the runaround we are experiencing, especially after paying for seat assignments.

I need assistance from Justfly or Egyptair to ensure we have seats together for the upcoming long flights. I find it frustrating that obtaining seat assignments for reserved flights is proving difficult. I attempted to buy seat assignments via the Egyptair website but encountered issues. Even though I completed the payment process, it claimed the payment was denied. Surprisingly, our credit card company has no record of any payment being made.

A few weeks ago, I was browsing travel websites in anticipation of a trip from India to the USA. Soon after, I was contacted by a representative from justfly.com to discuss my potential flight from Chennai to Miami. Unfortunately, during the conversation where I was about to provide my bank details, a power outage interrupted our discussion. Days later, I unexpectedly received a flight confirmation email from Emirates for a booking worth around $[redacted]. Concerned, I immediately contacted my bank to verify any payments made to justfly. To my dismay, I discovered the charge on my account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to justfly, I have been unable to connect as there is no international contact number available. I would like to report a frustrating experience I had with Just Fly. Recently, Air Canada made changes to the second part of my flight's itinerary from Chicago to Vancouver, disrupting my travel plans for December 18, [redacted]. I have tried for hours to cancel my entire reservation and request a full refund, as I am not responsible for the changes. I initially called Just Fly for flight cancellation assistance, but I was directed to contact Air Canada myself after a lengthy conversation with a representative. Subsequent calls resulted in being transferred to different departments, encountering individuals who were unhelpful and even had one representative abruptly hang up on me. The lack of professionalism and assistance from Just Fly's Customer Service team has been incredibly frustrating. I am requesting Just Fly to promptly cancel my flight and process a refund for me.
