The issue in GetHuman-keeren_d's own words
On Oct****** by mistake I booked twice * air tickets. Booking numbers are: ***-***-*** and ***-***-***. I noticed the mistake when cheking the credit card account. I proceed to cancel booking ***-***-*** and I got charged due to cancelation. Moreover I did not get a refund of the money. Instead a travel credit was given. When I call to customer service tha agent told me that there is nothing to do. I told her to confirm that both tickets were for same travelers, same dates and same flight numbers. It was just a mistake and the system never told me that I was doing the same twice (as other systems do). I will like to have a full refund of the tickets of canceled booking and not charged for canceling since I have already bought * tickets. Also this is my first time buying at justfly. This situation has never happened to me before with other subsidiaries. I will appreciate you help on this.
