E-ticket United: ***-********** Confirmation **BM*Z*I booked my flight with JustFly and on ** Aug **** I travelled on Flight UA*** from Washington-Dulles to Paris-De Gaulle in Isle Seat **H.**I became friends with the lady seated next to me in **I and intended to keep in touch. She lives in France and I in Australia.**Unfortunately I lost her contact details (name and email address) and requested those from United. I recalled that she had given United staff on the plane confirmation in my presence on two occasions that we were friends, she was a good customer and a note of this was to be kept in case I needed to contact her.**Although I confirmed this with United the Customer Care Manager Kathy Cooper has raised a Case Number and has refused to supply me with a name or email address for the other passenger. **Since I booked and selected my seat with you I would be very grateful if you could help me with this issue. Although I have requested access to this file I can get no response and I am told be Ms Cooper that my request to United via the online feedback form was given to stakeholders for their review. Apparently the matter is closed as far as United Airlines is concerned.
