i have not received my confirmation email yet for my booking i made on june **nd..i believe the rep spelled my email wrong..i called yesterday and spoke to a rep and he said to give it ** hours to get the email ....well its been way over ** hours and i still don't have my confirmation email..nor is it showing up in my justfly account yet...please help get this corrected...my booking number is ***-***-***..thank you
Adding my itinerary to my just fly account it isn't showing in there still which means I wont get any flight updates or notifications because they had email address incorrect on original booking..they said today that the email address is fixed so why isn't it showing in my justfly account online ? Very frustrating
