Justfly needs to see my photos and "own up" on my refund.

to get my refund as the web site allowed me to do, even though they said otherwise. ... Simply put I was told repeatedly over the phone that Justfly couldn't authorize a refund. However, when I went on the Justfly web site and went under "manage my booking" I clicked on refund status, it stated "Good news! Your booking is eligible for a refund." Wow, that is good news. I went through the refund processes. I was supposed to receive a refund but it never came. I have several pictures pertaining to this matter with date, time, refund amount, an email www.justfly.com*service*booking*cancel...,even a receipt telling me that Justfly "received my refund request and is currently processing it..." When I called customer support they told me my ticket didn't qualify for a refund and would not be receiving one. I asked them to explain to me why I had documentation stating otherwise and they kept repeating "does not qualify" Very frustrating!!! I will gladly submit my documentation if I knew where to submit it to. Justfly needs to to do the right thing and honor this refund!*Thank you
they don't have an email address that I can send pictures to as proof their website allowed for me to get a refund! They could not explanation to me why I could do this on my computer. They kept saying "my ticket doesn't qualify" When I needed to make flight changes it became too costly.
I want them to see my pictures and honor the refund!!!
I purchased the ticket at a reasonable offer.
Calling several times and no resolution.
