JNJ benefits service center website was malfunctioning yesterday (**********). I was unable to make changes to my *** (k) due to this website malfunction. I tried for about ** minutes to log in but every time I was able to log in I was unable to make changes to my investment goals. The website just hung and did not provide the alternate way to log into the website and make changes to my investment goals. As a result, I have sustain a loss of about $*** in my investment objective. I also know that others have complained about the web site malfunctioning yesterday. This information is coming from Jean-Paul. He is one the representative at *** k department.**I discussed this issue with Ricky the supervisor Ph * ***-***-****. He indicated that JNJ will pay for these losses. I asked why JNJ will pay? He said that is a good question.**I would like the vendor of the website to pay for these losses or be removed doing business with JNJ.
