Since I started, I have been unable to connect and access my administrative dashboard. Despite multiple calls, I have not received assistance or had my issue resolved. I am dissatisfied with the service as I have not been able to use it but have been billed. I have called to cancel due to poor customer service and lack of access. It is frustrating to pay for a service that I cannot utilize. This impacts my business negatively. I do not recommend this service and hope for a prompt resolution before escalating this matter.
