The issue in GetHuman-adelelav's own words
I booked a package holiday november **** for me my partner and son i paid ****.** for * week. This same holiday is now ***-*** cheaper as you are offering a free child place. How can you do this? So i had to pay for the same holiday for my *yr old son when he could of went for free if i waited until now. Its a disgrace and I wont be leaving it at that, i want something doing about this or I will be taking this complaint further**Your terms and conditions do not state that after booking they can add a free child place to thw exact same package
I could have taken my other stepson on holiday if we had received a free child place for my *yr old. Feel let down and angry
