i dont understand your charging to check in as if i let you allocate my seats its free but you but me and my wife together but coming back you but us on diffrent seats but if i remove your seating which is free and allocate the same seats you want to charge me so to me this make me understan that you are doing this on purpose as there is still seat availble for me and my wife to sit next to each other but you as a company want to chage me for no reason i have screen shot this on two laptops to show that the seat you allocate are free but as soon as i pick the same seats you want to charge me so my wife is a not a good flyer so need to sit next to her to comfort her but i have to pay for this privledge please advise your policy please as this does not seem right
