For another service trip to Jim Click automall,another head ache. I have the oilchange for life with my **** Cherokee,my *th Jeep I bought..I made appointment for oilchange,dropped off and waited from *:** until about * jeep serviced.They pulled it back up to bay.From * to *:** I wondered where my service rep was...*:** he was walking around with another employee..I asked a lady at another desk why my car has been done ** minutes and I'm still waiting.. she got guy over, I said nothing to him and left. Outside I saw man I think is service manager,I explained,said I worked * hours,came here with appointment and would like to go home...he said it was techs fault for not getting paperwork inside,I ssid no,it was there,you and Doug were walking around talking as I Patiently waited..Exact same thing happened last trip in....I got transmission update which he said would take same time as oil change,was there almost * hours. Even though my oil changes are free,I paid **$ last time and went to Larry H Miller jeep because Jim Click service team so bad.I am a lifelong Jeep owner,my time is valuable,but I have been treated horribly there on multiple occasions...suggestions?
