The issue in GetHuman-stewbiz's own words
I ordered a vehicle on the **th of September. Dealer promised that it was shipped on Tuesday and should be here within next couple of days. Dealer is less than ** hours from the plant. I have asked daily about the status of the vehicle, and dealership states they can only see when it leaves a yard. Left Stickley yard on Tuesday. Although they have tried several times a day, they are not returned calls confirming status of the shipment. I am a ***% disabled vet and require assistance when traveling. I have a relative meeting me and my hand-off person on Saturday, who is flying into Minneapolis from California so that we can travel by land to visit my parents in California, whom I have not seen in * years. I cannot fly. Mechanics have been on standby since the vehicle left Ohio on Tuesday to switch out apparatus from the jeep I have now to the new one. I am sorry to offload all of this information on you, but I cannot understand how a first class letter can be tracked, and a $**,*** vehicle cannot. I am out of options and do not know where to obtain accurate information. I cannot miss this hand-off in Minneapolis. Thank you.**:**:** PM
