Help with my Jawbone issue

Sync it to my apple phone. All of a sudden got a message that I wasn't connected to the internet and I was. This happened shortly after an update of my phone. I have seen messages of others with the same problem. My Verizon dealer said to contact Jawbone so they can "dive into the issue and see what the new apple updates are doing to the jawbone **" so you can fix it. ... I have a jawbone UP** that works but gives me a sign up failed message when I try to sync it with the app on my phone. I am connected to internet. Please advise how to fix this.

Fixing this problem. I ordered a refurbished UP** and it is doing the same thing. It is not the jawbone itself but the it is not allowing my iPhone to connect to the internet so I can access anything (stats or even use it to record steps).
I have used the jawbone UP** for *-* years
I deleted the ap and started over to sync it and the same problem exists. It wouldn't allow me to create an account "sign-up Failed" because it says I am not connected to internet and I am.
