Yesterday I went to start my UP as I do everyday to make sure it is connected and it had the wrong date on it. It actually had the **th instead of the **rd. So after I turned my phone off and restarted it several times during the day...also turning on and off bluetooth it did not change. so my husband deleted the app and readded back on to my phone. It wants me to start the whole process over like from the beginning...signing in...however it won't let me submit email or a password from me. so what do I do
GetHuman-vfbailey did not yet indicate what Jawbone should do to make this right.
