I ordered through the app a few weeks ago and my husband went to pick it up, but when he got there, he was told their grill was broken, so they couldn’t make our food, and they had no idea how long it would take to get the grill fixed. The staff said they couldn’t issue a refund for app purchases and we’d have to call headquarters. I found a phone number but was on hold for a long time and no one ever picked up. I’d like to get a refund. My purchase was almost $**.
