It's been days since I've placed my * orders. I paid for expedited shipping and they still haven't shipped. I've ordered * items in the past and received them right away. I know it's not a problem with method of payment or my address. I've called customer service * times and all they could tell me is that they are still processing the orders. How long can it possibly take? It's ridiculous. I'm getting impatient with this process because I work odd hours and need to arrange for someone to be home to receive packages.
