The issue in GetHuman-rbdaycar's own words
I ordered a J* tablet for my son. They sent the smaller J* tablet. When he received the ticket telling him it was on his way I called customer service and they said to have him reject the tablet and put in a ticket stating that he wanted a refund and that he was rejecting it. He did that. He never actually saw the tablet he just rejected it when he heard it was there. Since then it's been weeks and weeks and I have tried to first get a refund. JPay is saying they will not refund. I'm kind of wrapped my head around the fact that I'm not going to get a refund on that tablet. At this point I would just like to be able to order him the tablet I originally ordered him. But they're saying they will not be able to send a new tablet until that tablet is deactivated. At this point I just want to deactivate the tablet and Order him a new one. I don't know why they can't just deactivate it. I have called and spent literally hours trying to get this issue resolved. I would really appreciate any help
