Hello. I purchased a Tablet March *, **** for my boyfriend who is currently incarcerated at State Farm Correctional Center. *His Inmate Number ********Randall S. Price*My Confirmation Number is********He has been having problems with the Tablet he currently has which was sent to him via JPay. Apparently there has been some miscommunication between boyfriend and your company. He has brought it to my attention that he has been trying to tell an employee at JPAY that he cannot even use the Tablet he has simply because it does not charge and does not sync.. therefore he cannot use it at all. This has been very frustrating to not only him but to me as well. *He has been trying to get something done since August regarding this matter with very little help. I myself would like to ask your company to PLEASE get this matter resolved for my boyfriend and myself. It hasn't even been one year yet and the warranty is still in effect, no to mention he only had the tablet * months when he started having problems the first time. *I'm also requesting a response email from you to inform me as to what has been done to resolve this matter for him.
