My son's tablet broke. He ordered a new one for $*** and was informed it would take ** days to receive. He then discovered I (or he?) could get a refurbished one for approximately $**. I need to arrange that and cancel his 'ticket' for the new one. How GetHuman3848352 fixed the problem
First, you 'magic not shown number' is the same number as the one listed on jpay. So, I kept calling, chose * of the * options, entered the info requested, then there's an option to speak to someone. After a recording saying there's a heavy load of calls and the wait will be, basically, indefinite, I waited ** seconds and got a person. A REAL LIVE PERSON!!! But, they couldn't do anything to help me. If it's their issue at whatever facility your loved one is in, they have to handle 'at the kiosk'.
