I went to send money to my fiance Alexander Parker OID ****** currently at MCF moose lake and its telling me that my payment is declined and to please try again with the same or with a different card. I called my card and they said the payment was declined because JPay doesn't accept this type of card. I explained that I've had no troubles doing this very same thing multiple times prior to this last time and they said that's to the best of there knowledge and to contact JPay for further support. However I was able to purchase stamps with the same card it keeps declining and my balance is well over the amount i keep trying to send. The card I'm using is a Vanilla Visa debit card. Also I had got a new number and when transfering my remaining balance to my new number I was made asware that my number was registered to a lady named Ethel and went through the security questions like the date u got this number, the last time qw *spoke then went on to update the information so that it goes smoothly from here on out. That being said when I called the automated service for JPay it asks if I have an account already and am wondering if it was updated in your system as well or if *** *** **** is still registered to Ethel. I would like to be able to use that service. However if this number is still registered to her account I dont want to proceed until it's fixed. Thank you for your time.
