Ongoing issue with JPAY website since around October....Website will not allow me or my family members to send money to my imprisoned brother. It keeps giving an error saying, "sorry, try again later." Well if we keep trying it will place a hold on my bank funds per attempt. Well that's where the problem lyes. It is almost *% chance that JPAY representatives are able to help. The last thing I want to hear again is to call my banking institution. They need something from JPAY stating the funds can be released or the funds will remain on hold for * days. Keep getting transferred to business office where calls just drop. This is ridiculous and I need help. Tired of the run around.**KLEMETIS Parker-Pye ***********
