I was inquiring about a ***K loan. I needed some information about the loan, and had a lot of questions. I am new to the process. I was forwarded to a representative named Larry, who was short with me and did not want to be helpful in the least. I was not inquiring about anything out of the ordinary. I know how to process the loan online, (the website is very intuitive and easy to use. It took me only ** minutes to figure it out on my own) but just needed some information. I am not impressed by the service. He was demeaning and irritating. saying things in a snarky tone like "you know what this is for right??" spoke down to me, and did not put any effort into trying to address my concerns. he seemed perfectly happy with giving me as short an answer as possible to get me off the phone. He did not Technically say anything "wrong," and did ask me if there was anything else he could help me with, so that the recording would show that he "tried" but I know nothing more about the process than when the call started and feel that the call was very hostile, and probably will not be calling again, and will be forced to figure it out on my own because of your representatives refusal to be decent on the phone. He was short, Interrupted me, had an unpleasant demeanor, spoke down me me in a demeaning way, and I feel that the company does not care about my concerns or problems as a result. **Again, I am new to the process, young, and do not know much about the issue. I would like some reassurance that the company does care about the accounts that they are managing, and the people whose lives they have a profound effect on. I am not sure that I can trust a company that does not care about my well-being with my future retirement. I would also just like a few answers to my questions that are not directly intended to make me feel stupid.
