Recently, it came to my attention that a credit card was opened on my behalf without my consent at Altamonte Mall. The clerk was aware of my situation, having just sold my home and not yet having a permanent residence. Despite never owning a credit card before, I discovered negative activity on my credit report related to this unauthorized card. I never received any communication regarding this matter. As a senior, I feel taken advantage of and demand that this be rectified promptly to avoid legal action. My name is Jean Huber. Please remove this entry from my credit report immediately as it is impacting my previously spotless credit history.
