So I have had my instagram account since ****, with an email address that I have had since that time as well, bearly use and changed email address because it always tells me to verify but clearly I don’t remember my last messages sent since ****. So now I was on instagram and wanting to log in on an app called clear instagram to unblock someone that blocked me, I forgot my password and tried a couple times and now it’s saying challenge*required pretty much saying that it’s not my account and that I have to verify my account with the account that I had since **** that J don’t even use anymore. And since I would like Facebook with instagram now it’s not letting me either. Facebook or your team sent me a message saying to send a picture of myself with a code my full name and my username. I hope I can recover my email and try and switch the email to my new one, I have so many memories on there and pictures I don’t want to lose! Please help.
