Hello, I recently got logged out of my Instagram account. When I attempted to log back in, a message popped up saying my account was disabled for supposedly pretending to be someone else. The account in question was a fan page I've managed for nearly two years and it had over 3,[redacted] followers. I wasn't trying to impersonate anyone, just showing support for those I admire. There's no way my account could have been mistaken for an impersonation account; it was clearly a fan page. I tried to recover my account, but it asked me to verify via email to ([redacted]) - the email linked to my account. However, I couldn't access the email as it said the password was incorrect. The account username is dolanpolibio, and the password is Haggis1965. I hope this information is sufficient to verify my ownership. Many of my friends' accounts have also been disabled for impersonation. I believe Instagram should thoroughly review accounts before disabling them. It's disheartening to see so much effort on accounts being taken down without a valid reason.

My account has been compromised four times in a single week. Instagram has allowed the hackers to change my username, email, and password without giving me a chance to respond to the 'suspicious login' emails. I tried reporting it three times, but the links provided to me are not working. The Help center website does not offer any guidance on how to report a hacked account. It only explains how to attempt to log in, directing me to non-existent pages. When I tried to report the account as 'bullying,' the webpage asked for detailed information but did not provide a space to enter any text.

After deactivating my account to focus on work and the gym, I decided to reactivate it only to find out I couldn't access it. I upgraded my phone and changed my number during that time. Trying to log back in, I realized my email was inaccessible as I forgot the password. The issue escalated as my email and Instagram accounts are linked to my old number, which I can no longer use. Even after attempting to recover my old number and email account, both became impossible due to various constraints. While I remember my username and password, I encountered a roadblock with the "Suspicious Login Attempt" requiring a code sent to my inaccessible email and old number.

I have encountered 2 issues that I would like to report. Firstly, around a year ago, I created an account with the username Aruxxel. However, upon completing the creation process, the account was immediately blocked due to alleged violations of terms, which I did not commit. Secondly, I attempted to create a new Instagram account yesterday. Unfortunately, towards the end of the sign-up process, an error message appeared stating that there was an issue creating the account and advised me to try again later. Upon retrying, the email addresses I used, [redacted] and [redacted], were labeled as linked to other accounts, even though the creation process did not finalize on my end. The intended username, Aruxell, was also flagged as already in use. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

My Instagram account has been hacked by an email from Russia, [redacted] Despite following all the steps provided by Instagram to recover my account and changing my password using my phone number, I am facing a roadblock. When trying to log in, I am prompted to verify my identity by sending an email to the hacker's address that compromised my account, [redacted], leaving me unable to regain control of my account and remove the unauthorized email.

My account has been compromised by someone seeking to harm me due to my success. False impersonation reports were made against me. I create original content for my idol with their consent. I've built my account since May [redacted], garnering 7,[redacted] followers. It's disheartening to lose access to the account I've dedicated so much effort to because of someone's personal vendetta. Requesting assistance in restoring my account as it's causing distress to me, my followers, and others. My account bio reflects my preferred name while my email shows my legal name matching my passport details.

I recently attempted to log into my Instagram account, which I don't use frequently. However, upon trying to access it, I received a message stating that my email was not associated with any account. Initially, I thought of creating a new account but discovered that my email was still linked to an existing one. Despite trying to reset the password and obtain a login link, I was unsuccessful because, as previously mentioned, there is no account tied to my email. I would like to resolve this matter in either of two ways, preferably the first. Firstly, I would appreciate regaining access to my account for future use. Alternatively, deleting the existing account and freeing up my email for a new Instagram account would be acceptable. I've forgotten my Instagram password since I rely on automated login. Even though I've received the reset link via email, each time I click on it, I encounter an error saying "Link Expired - Send a new link." I've been using this account for a long time, testing Business Account features and just decided to switch to a personal account. However, I've realized that I don't know my password. I've attempted around 11 times to request a reset link, but either it expires or it shows "No Account Found." I appreciate any assistance as I plan to try again after work today. I am trying to regain access to my Instagram account under the username @cesargmenacho. Earlier this year, I uninstalled the Instagram app from my phone. Upon reinstalling it recently and attempting to log in, I received a message about an unusual login attempt requiring a verification code. The issue lies in the fact that my account is linked to a phone number from Bolivia, while I am currently residing in the United States for studies, resulting in that phone number being disconnected. Although my previous school email at [redacted] is no longer valid after transferring to USF, I can verify my identity using [redacted] or [redacted] I also have access to my Facebook account and can verify through that platform. I kindly request alternative verification methods to regain access to my Instagram account.

I purchased an Instagram page, @viewinsights, from a seller. Initially, the seller granted me access to the page, and I paid $[redacted] via Cash App as requested. However, shortly after acquiring the page, the seller regained access by using a phone number and verification code, changing the email associated with the account. The seller then blocked me, but I could still view the activity from another account. I have evidence of this incident, such as emails confirming the changes made to the account. It occurred on 1/20/[redacted] at 9:32 am EST when the email was changed back to the seller's email. It seems clear that the seller scammed me by taking back the page. I am seeking assistance in recovering the Instagram page that I legitimately purchased from them. Thank you. -Brett T.

I recently changed my Instagram password and forgot it. I have access to my email and phone number but can't log in due to the security code request from an authentication app, which I don't have. I also lost my recovery codes. How can I proceed without the password to recover my account? Thank you for your help.

I've recently started my own small business called Zephyr and Salt. A few days ago, I encountered an error message on Instagram when I tried to upload a picture, like someone's picture, or add someone. The error stated "based on previous use of this feature, you have been temporarily blocked from taking this action." Despite reporting the issue, it persisted, leading me to delete my account and create a new one (@zephyr.andsalt). Unfortunately, after verifying my phone number on the new account, the same error reappeared. Deleting this account is not an option now as I've already posted and followed people. Social media is crucial to my business's marketing strategy, and I need this issue resolved promptly to continue growing my business effectively.

I recently disabled my account and need to re-access it, but it is asking for an authentication code that I no longer have access to since my phone number was removed due to it being connected to another account. I was unaware that only one number could be linked per account. I understand the importance of the authentication code for security purposes, but I believe I should be able to prove my identity through alternative methods such as providing a picture of myself with my ID, which Instagram has utilized in the past. Despite trying to reach out for help, Instagram has not been responsive. I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance with resolving this issue.

My dog's Instagram account got mixed up with another one, and when I added her birthdate to secure it, I mistakenly inputted the year [redacted] thinking she just turned 3. Instagram then asked for ID verification, and Facebook requested government ID. They couldn't confirm her age even with my school ID because she's a dog, not understanding how to verify for a pet. In a rush, I sent my driver's license, regretting it later. Despite explaining Luna is a dog, they decided to delete the account. Worried about my identity, I just want confirmation that my ID photo has been removed after failing to verify Luna's account.

My Instagram account (@inksaloon) for my company was hacked and displayed inappropriate sponsored content, which was mistakenly attributed to my company. Although the issue has been resolved, I discovered that I had been charged for this unauthorized sponsored post. Now, when attempting to create new sponsored posts, I receive a message stating, "New ads for this page won't run..." due to alleged policy violations. Despite my efforts to appeal this decision, I received a response indicating that I am permanently banned from advertising on Instagram/Facebook. Given the importance of social media for my small business, I am troubled by this situation and struggling to find a resolution. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter. I believe there may be a bug affecting my Instagram profile (@pier94_). For the past two months, I have not been receiving any notifications, despite having them enabled on both the app and my phone settings. When checking the "activities" tab, I only see tags and suggested people to follow, missing out on likes and comments on my photos. Additionally, I am unable to update my profile picture and bio. I have attempted to contact support multiple times through the app but have not received any responses. I am using an Android device, specifically a Galaxy S10+, and have ensured that my app is up to date. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, and accessing Instagram from my laptop, but none of these solutions have resolved the issues, leaving me frustrated and considering discontinuing using the app.

Hello! I attempted to create a new Instagram account, but encountered an error message. Subsequent sign-up attempts indicated that my account was disabled due to policy violations. After trying with a different email, the same issue occurred. When I attempted to create a new account with a second email address, I received a message that an account already existed with that email. Despite this, when I tried to log in, the account was disabled. I received an email notifying me of the disabled account and providing instructions on how to verify my ownership through a handwritten verification code in a photo to regain access.

Hello, I am Sayra Rosales. My Instagram account is under Say_Rosales. I've had this account for over 10 years but lost access when I got a new phone. Sadly, I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to the account. Google won't allow me to reset the email password as the recovery email belongs to my ex-boyfriend, whom I've lost contact with.
