Hello, *My name is Fredrico Delgado. I have some fraudulent reports on my account that I've reported on the app but decided to reach out here as well so I can get it resolved quickly. **One of the reports is from a customer yesterday (Sept **th order on Costco) claiming that their tortilla chips were missing, even though I clearly delivered them to the right address. I took the precaution of taking pictures of the house I delivered to and the items clearly in the box of their delivery just in case of a scam or fraudulent report. I will gladly respond in email with both pictures. **The other report is for * Banana out of a pair of * that was apparently "damaged". As I clearly stated in my report, I examined the bananas very carefully before picking them out of produce, placed them carefully on the top section, separated from other items in the cart, bagged them separately and secured them in the car where I could see them during the drive, checked the quality of the bananas when I arrived to the house and placed them very carefully on the customers doorstep before leaving.**The last report is for a gallon of milk that went missing today. This is literally impossible for me to have any reports today as I haven't even started taking Sunday trips yet. **These fraudulent reports are very frustrating as I work too hard and examine too carefully to have scam and*or fraudulent claims on my account. This directly affects my income, ratings, and ability to see trips. I have been working instacart for more than a month thus far and customers absolutely LOVE my service. If you READ THE REVIEWS*COMMENTS and check all the ratings before this morning, you will clearly see this type of claim is far from quality service I've provided to these customers, have provided to others before them, and continue to provide to customers I shop for. **Please email or call ASAP, I'd like to handle this issue right away by removing those fraudulent claims and ratings on my account so I can continue doing this job passionately and with excellence. I work too hard and extremely carefully for this to be happening to my account. This directly affects my income, ability to take trips and ratings. I provide excellent and high quality service, communicate extremely well with customers and ensure the items are high quality and aren't missing. Remove the fraudulent claims and ratings that came from them on my account.
I've been shopping for over a month and have been doing so with excellence. I work hard to examine items carefully for quality and damage, organize them well, and ensure that items have clearly been delivered to customers. CHECK MY COMMENTS*REVIEWS and ratings before today.
