Hi Melissa my name is Melissa and imma instacart Shopper reason for my call is because I received a email and you guys deactivated my account due to a customer or somebody saying they never received the order I need to speak with somebody ASAP so you guys can let me know what order is is because I've always delivered all my orders and if it's the one that I did on Sunday night I didn't take a picture of it as being delivered due to the fact that my phone was about to die and I couldn't take the picture and I was speaking with the customer right before I dropped it off at the last minute you said to me to make sure I left it at the door just as she instructed on the app and so I did that and it was delivered. Or it could be the one that I did yesterday which was a Monday Memorial Day weekend on May **th I don't recall the time but it's my only my only order I did all day and I did it cuz it was on my way to the location I was going to at the moment so I went ahead and did it and I was speaking with a customer actually through the whole almost to the whole grocery shopping time until she told me to leave it at the door and yeah my first time I do not take a picture this wants to happen to me I don't believe it it's unbelievable all I can have proved is probably like to screenshot my maps Google Maps where it shows that I was there. Please if I could please speak with a representative of supervisor in regards to this issue they could call me at ***-***-**** or email me at the email that I entered the low thank you and you have a blessed day hope to hear from you soon PS Melissa instacart shopper

I spoke with a instacart chat and they told me there is no actual phone * for instacart I have to wait till they contact me .nobody contacted me and I send multiple emails
