my last few experiences with instacart have not been great. every time i place an order and try to edit the items in the cart*add an item*modify the replacement items, etc, and error message pops up and won’t allow me to do so. and i try to edit the order soon after it’s placed. **the last handful of times i have had trouble with the folks shopping for me. during this pandemic we have been getting our groceries through instacart so as to keep ourselves and others safe. i so appreciate the help that you offer through the app. but i’ve been disappointed by how non stop i have to chat with those getting my items. sometimes they’ll just replace the items however they want and then i have to step in and modify. it’s often a stressful experience.**my order this morning is mainly why i’m contacting you. i placed me order last night so that it would be ready for pick up between *-**am. they began shopping at *am. they replaced items with items that we don’t ever eat or purchase. (example: chicken thighs replaced our chicken breast). i had on the list for a * pack of wipes and they replaced it with one individual pack of wipes (they do this every time)..but this time i couldn’t catch it due to the early shopping hours...and they never once tried talking to me to figure out a proper replacement. and before i knew it, the order was done. now i have five items that i don’t even want..or need modified. i’m frustrated. i’m frustrated because MY money is being taken for items that i did not ask for and did not approve of. and now i want to be compensated for the * items. and if i can get anything in addition to that, i would appreciate it.**and i don’t know what you’ll do to help, but i really hope you do what’s fair. last time i had a problem and actually reached out (i don’t reach out often), i was given a $* credit for strawberries that we couldn’t even eat because they were covered in mold.**please help me.
