Just found three charges for a **** order that I don't recognize on my credit card statement. Only one order receipt, the first (**** for Pricerite), is listed on my Instacart account page. The second delivery order from Aldis is not showing up. The confusing charges are:*$****$*.***$*.***They are all listed for ****. Please explain these charges, and, when will I be able to access the second part of the **** delivery order online? **Note: An additional problem cropped up with this second order (**** Aldis) of TWO Instacart workers contacting me within minutes claiming they were both shopping for me at the same time. One I rejected (David W), the other, who had my updated order, successfully delivered it (Tina T.). However, there has been no receipt for Aldis listed on my account since. There is one for the first, Pricerite, for $**.**.**Following this scheduling problem, I did contact "GetHuman" for help after not finding any Instacart customer service listed on their website. Through GetHuman, Instacart assured me that the mix-up was a "glitch in their system, and I would not be charged for the rejected order". **If problems such as these continue to happen, I will be forced to cancel my subscription with Instacart. I do understand problems are bound to arise with such a valued service. However, not listing a customer service contact of any kind on the Instacart website can be viewed as an indication that the company does not truly stand behind their customers. I suggest Instacart add a customer service contact (chat or at very least email) for problems, etc. to their website in the near future. The least they could do is list GetHuman for customer service.
