My order was received. The estimated delivery time was *:**pm the same day. I kept receiving notices that the delivery was delayed, which is fine and I understand. The last delay was for *:**pm. I messaged and emailed instacart that the store closes at *:**pm. A shopper "Fred" was putting together my order but nothing was going in the cart. Then a shopper "Roger" messaged me through instacart at *:**pm (aprox) and was putting together my order. Still nothing in the cart. I messaged "Roger" but the thread was no longer active to message. I did not receive any delivery. My credit card has been charged. I have emailed instacart ** times for a refund. I can not do anything via the app or on my computer because it still says that "Roger" is shopping my order. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE refund my credit card asap. I NEED to buy groceries but I can't until I receive a refund. I am a loyal instacart user and I understand the current situation BUT I really need a refund now. My instacart account on the app and computer is locked on the non delivered offer because a shopper is on it but they really aren't. I can't cancel or make any changes. I need the shopper to get off the order.

I have emailed instacart ** times. I keep getting automatic replies and no resolve. I called my credit card company and they said I must take it up with instacart. I have called instacart three times but never get through.
