Mr. Galante** *After several attempts to contact someone who can advocate for me in resolving the issue that I seemed to have created with Innovative Language, I have received no reply.* *For whatever the reason and*or for whatever was said that might have offended someone, I feel this hardline approach from Innovative Language is unjustified and very unfair to me since no reason has been given for its position. Plus I have apologized numerous times – and I feel this issue could easily be resolved.* *Therefore, would someone please contact me with the positioning to assist in a resolution and allow permission for me to upgrade to Premium Plus Hebrew?* *Thank you,*Yaki Downing
