As a self-employed massage therapist, I have not received any of my benefits during the Covid-19 stay-at-home mandates. I was out of work for 11 weeks due to the Governor's ban. Despite filing all my vouchers, my PUA amount changed multiple times without any payment. My claim remains open, but I have not received any compensation. The lack of financial support has greatly affected my business during these uncertain times. Other self-employed individuals have received assistance, but I have not, and I suspect there may have been an error in my application. I have contacted support multiple times without a satisfactory response, only being asked to be patient. I am struggling to keep my business afloat, and the delayed benefits would make a significant difference. I sincerely request your help in resolving this issue promptly without further delays. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mia J. [redacted]

Hello, my name is Kevin Tyrone Price, and I reside in Muncie, Indiana. I have been trying to access my underemployment benefits through the Delaware County Work One Department. I have interacted with two agents, known as Computer 3 and Computer 1, but my photo identification did not validate me. I was advised that an agent from the Indianapolis verification department would contact me via video call for further assistance. Is there an alternative method to verify my identity in person to secure my underemployment insurance benefits promptly? I would like to schedule an appointment to process my claim payment. Kindly reach out to me directly. Thank you.

Last month, I received an email informing me that my payment election had been modified. Upon checking the website, I saw a payment scheduled, but my payment election still indicated it would go to my Key2 Benefit Card. The payment date passed without receiving it, prompting me to revisit the site to adjust my payment election. This time, the payment came through. It seems someone may have accessed my initial deposit. I have reported this issue, having the routing number but lacking their account number.

I've tried logging into my account multiple times and have forgotten my password, resulting in being locked out for the past three days. I need assistance regaining access to my account. Additionally, I am facing an eligibility issue and need to verify my identity to receive my benefits for this week. As a single father relying on unemployment benefits, I urgently require support. Please remove the block on my account, allowing me to set a new password, and help me resolve the eligibility matter to ensure I receive my unemployment benefits. Thank you.

I received my first check on June 28, but haven't received any payments since then. I've been struggling with ID.me verification issues and have had trouble contacting anyone for assistance. The problem stems from changing my name from my married name to my maiden name, which has caused a roadblock in verifying my phone number and receiving payments. My family and I have been facing financial hardships, and despite submitting all required forms and cooperating with the investigation, I have been unable to resolve the situation. I've been visiting the work office daily and trying to follow up, but with no success. I've been promised payment once the ID.me issue is resolved, but I have not received any updates or callbacks. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as it's affecting my ability to provide for my children. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered difficulty accessing the portal last Sunday, which has persisted for a week now. Despite not forgetting my password, I attempted to use the forgot password feature, only to receive a message stating I had exceeded my login attempts and needed to wait 24 hours. Even after the waiting period, I continued to face the same issue every day. Despite contacting customer service multiple times through calls and emails, the problem remains unresolved. This situation has left me unable to access my funds or make necessary arrangements for basic needs. The lack of assistance has led to significant consequences, including the threat of service cutoff by NIPSCO. I am eager for a prompt resolution to address this ongoing issue as soon as possible.

I have completed all necessary forms and submitted my proof of employment many months ago. Recently, I received a monetary determination that seems inaccurate. Despite having a zero balance each quarter in [redacted], my [redacted] total income is showing, which is puzzling as I didn't work in [redacted]. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't explain this discrepancy. I am still awaiting a decision from an investigator regarding my vouchers for December and January, which have already been completed but not paid out. The customer service hotline has been unhelpful, despite me following all instructions correctly. I am confused about the delays in my benefits decision and the processing of my vouchers.

I applied for benefits on January 30, [redacted], after pausing claims during my six-week seasonal job. As of June 13, I haven't received any payments since January 30 due to issues with my claim. The problems are related to previous employment and current full-time work, even though I haven't worked since November [redacted]. When I had to indicate why I left my job at UPS in January, I selected "other discharge" because there wasn't an option for temporary or seasonal work. I updated my information on April 7 or April 8, specifying that the UPS job was temporary. Despite this, my claims haven't been reviewed in five months. I'm struggling to provide for my family and pay bills; my utilities have been disconnected a few times since March 25, [redacted]. I urgently need assistance.

I need assistance resolving an old issue. I submitted a claim after working at Indiana Mentor and was instructed to repay the unemployment benefits. Shortly after, I started working at Good Will but the store closed because of Covid within a month, leaving me without work for approximately 4 months. Despite speaking with multiple individuals, my situation has not been properly investigated. I am concerned about facing wage garnishment for a debt I believe I do not owe. I would appreciate help in sorting out this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been experiencing severe complications due to a gastro health issue diagnosed last April. This condition has forced me to leave my job twice in the past year because of debilitating symptoms. Despite following all medical advice, I have not seen any improvement. I am currently without insurance as I had to resign from my last job and am currently unemployed. I am in urgent need of financial assistance for my bills and help in securing a job that will not exacerbate my symptoms. I am eager to work but struggle to find employment that allows me to manage my bills and health condition. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding a suitable job and financial support. Thank you for your help.

I was let go because my employer was sold, leading to the elimination of my position. My final paycheck, received on April 30th, equaled my average monthly earnings. Upon commencing weekly voucher filings in June, I've encountered a message denying my unemployment benefits due to a disqualifying determination. I seek clarification regarding the methodology employed in establishing my eligibility for weekly benefits.

I believe someone tried to use my identity to access your account. As a result, I'm unable to use my email to create a login. I need help to address this problem. When I enter my email, it says it's already registered, despite never having signed up before. Additionally, it indicates the login is wrong, and when attempting to change it, I don't receive the reset code via email. -Cheryl J.
