I renewed my subscription in February. However, I am currently unable to access the Find a Candidate utility, which is causing significant issues. I have a legal team prepared to take action against the company for $[redacted] per day until the problem is resolved. The total costs are already at approximately $50,[redacted]. I urgently need this matter addressed as it is affecting individuals in need. Please contact me directly as I prefer speaking with a real person over email. This will be my final email regarding this matter. Thank you.

Good morning, I posted a genuine review about a workplace, but it was rejected. I reached out to Indeed about this issue before. Recently, I noticed that all the negative reviews, including mine, have disappeared. The owner of this business has been accused of inappropriate behavior, and the reviews served as a cautionary tale. It's concerning that these reviews have vanished. It's important that these reviews are restored or that his ads are removed. This situation is unacceptable.

I am writing to request the removal of a review for Really Useful Products in Castleford, West Yorkshire. The review was not written by me. Key points to note are "Nightdriver," a former employee, and the significant downside of being let go while awaiting surgery. I worked as a HGV driver there for eight years until my dismissal on health grounds due to pending surgery. I struggle with dyslexia, my spelling is poor, and there are words in the review I cannot pronounce. I have heard that HR may have shared email addresses, leading to reviews being filled out by someone else. I have submitted my own review and would appreciate a response. Thank you, James.

I have applied to Brassfield and Gory, and they have accepted my application for consideration. However, I am struggling to get hired. I keep receiving emails asking me to reapply, but I never hear back from anyone. Can Indeed help me secure a position with this company in Pensacola, Florida as a laborer? I live very close to the job site and would love to work there. Despite Brassfield and Gory claiming to hire daily, I have been facing this issue for almost three weeks now. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my Indeed account. I attempted to reset my password but did not receive any emails from Indeed. Additionally, when I apply for jobs, I am not receiving the confirmation codes because I am not getting emails from Indeed. I suspect that my data may have been accidentally deleted from Indeed, leading to these issues. I would like guidance on how to recover my account and receive emails from Indeed again. Thank you.

I have been charged for an inactive posting and I'm trying to stop it. I'm looking to review resumes for an experienced nurse this time. As a single employer seeking nurses for a single patient, I finance this myself and need to focus on skills over past jobs. Please halt all old postings I'm being billed for despite not using. Due to family medical issues, I prefer discussing this over the phone. I've retained staff for years by treating them well and investing in them, but now I require more nursing hours. Thank you for your help in finding part to full-time employees.

I am worried about a potential scam I encountered on a website. After applying, I received a call from an interested lady who scheduled a phone meeting to set up an account. They requested a photo of my social security card earlier than expected. I declined, only providing the last 4 digits. Upon further reflection and discussions with friends, the situation seemed dubious. I'm asking Indeed to investigate the Career Counselor position by CareerLink of East Allegheny to ascertain if it's a scam, as I'm unsure if my information is at risk.

As a new business owner, I recently posted two job ads on Indeed and started working on a third one when my account got deactivated. I got an email saying it was because my company hadn't been verified. Even though I only provided an email address when setting up the account, I immediately sent them a copy of my company registration certificate. It's been a week, and my account is still not active. I've sent the document again, but nothing has changed. This is frustrating because potential candidates are messaging me, and I can't access their messages. I also can't post the new job ad I was working on. I really need to hire staff for my company, so this situation is urgent for me.

Last week, I tried to update my email address on my Indeed account. I accidentally clicked the "create account" button instead of "sign in" and it generated a new account with the new email I intended to use to replace the old one. When I tried to delete the new account, it somehow deleted my original account. I need assistance in recovering my account that was originally linked to [redacted], as I wanted to update it to [redacted] Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! - Ashley

As a recruiter with FEDDATA, I wanted to address a recent incident related to our account with Indeed. Today, I contacted Kenneth D regarding a Software Developer position in Hawaii, using the number provided on his Indeed account. Surprisingly, the person who answered claimed to be the applicant's employer. Despite the confusion, it became apparent that this individual was applying on behalf of the applicant as part of a staffing agency based overseas in India. This revelation raises concerns about the authenticity of the applicants we are receiving through Indeed. As a defense contractor seeking genuine candidates, it is crucial that we have real applicants with legitimate contact information, not applications facilitated by staffing agencies for profit.

My name is Julie Zaccagnino. A few weeks ago, I found an open interview announcement for THMXX on Indeed from 10:30-6:30. When I arrived promptly at 10:30, a manager informed me that they don't conduct interviews that way. Despite having a confirmation number, April, another kind manager, took me to the back for an interview on another's instructions. After completing a new application as she advised, I called back the following days, but April couldn't locate my submission. She mentioned the job was almost mine, pending the missing application's retrieval. Unfortunately, due to this blunder, I may have missed out on this job opportunity. I attempted to contact Indeed multiple times with no response despite leaving several messages. I am in a difficult financial situation after losing my husband last year and really need a job. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Julie Zaccagnino.

My employer account was deactivated for job postings. I appealed for reactivation to the search quality team. They asked for proof of my affiliation with the company due to the verification issue. Indeed requires verification for security. After sending the requested documents, including the GL insurance policy with our company and address, I haven't received a proper reply. Instead, I'm being directed to the Client Success team, which seems irrelevant. I feel the team is avoiding helping me. I hope for assistance on this matter. Thank you.

I need help as I fell victim to a job scam on indeed.com. I was hired for a home office job, and unknowingly assisted in shipping fraudulent packages. The company disappeared after my probation period, and now I'm receiving bills for unordered items. I reported the scam to the police and am wrongly accused of money laundering due to this deceitful scheme. I am frustrated with indeed.com for not verifying the company properly before posting the job. I fear legal repercussions and urge indeed.com to act responsibly. I hope for your swift response. Thank you.

I need your help to investigate two job offers I came across: 1. The first one is supposedly from an "employer" named Kamala Davis with the email [redacted] This person promised to provide all necessary office equipment for a Customer Service role and offered a sign-on bonus through private email correspondence, which I suspect is a scam. I asked to communicate through Indeed Messages for transparency but never received a response. 2. The second offer is from ERGO GLOBAL PORTRAIT, from Wednesday, May 26, [redacted], to Sunday, June 13, [redacted]. They required me to have a Skype account for the application process. I have documented the entire conversation including the job details, interview process, requirements, and what seems to be a scam. I believe these postings could be harmful to others, and I appreciate your assistance in investigating them. Thank you, B. D. Yard on Indeed

I have maintained an Indeed account for numerous years. I am currently attempting to re-enter the job market and typically receive an email from Indeed once or twice a day. It came to my attention that after applying for a position at Shortform online yesterday, I did not receive any acknowledgement. Upon checking my Google email account, which I do not use and would prefer not to use, I noticed that my emails have been deleted when they reached [redacted]. Last night, the count was at [redacted]. Despite my attempts to change my contact email to my preferred one, [redacted], instead of nancy.maker11@gmail, the change is reverted back to Google every time I save it. This issue is causing me to miss out on approximately [redacted] job postings each night as all communication is directed to my Google mail. I am in need of assistance to resolve this email matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, N.M.

I recently noticed that Indeed has over 30 pages of job listings, but they tend to repeat the same job postings on multiple pages. It can be frustrating to keep encountering the same jobs repeatedly, making it challenging to find new opportunities. Additionally, the sidebar with automatic posts, especially about Amazon, can be distracting. The excessive repetition of listings and unwanted pop-ups detracts from the job search experience. It seems like Indeed prioritizes displaying certain jobs multiple times for financial reasons, even though it hinders users like me from discovering fresh listings. I wish there was a way to easily remove or filter out these redundant postings to streamline my search process.
