I have been using Indeed for a few years now and recently attempted to update my resume, only to discover numerous errors in my profile on the site. I suspect these mistakes may have been hindering my job prospects. I tried to correct the issues, but now I realize how unprofessional my profile must have appeared to potential employers. If I wish to continue using Indeed, I need to completely delete my profile and start fresh. I am very disappointed in Indeed. Can this problem be rectified? I recently completed a job application with Agile CRM. The application process involved multiple pages of questions, including a request to upload a recording on the second page. After a delay in preparing the requested "Pitch," the system seemed to have been reset. Despite this, I chose to re-answer the questions, assuming my previous responses had been saved. I completed the entire process and provided my email address again. It would be greatly appreciated to receive a response, as communication nowadays seems scarce. It would have been helpful to know upfront how many questions to expect or receive an estimate of the time required. This way, I could have planned accordingly, considering my time is valuable. I believe the company would appreciate the same consideration in return. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently took a food service skills assessment, but encountered technical difficulties on my phone while arranging items in a specific order. Unfortunately, this impacted my assessment score, which is required for a job application. I am frustrated by the inaccuracy of the assessment and concerned about how it may affect my job prospects. I recently applied for a Front Desk Receptionist position with Z Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. in Rockford, IL, as advertised on your website. However, upon researching the company, I couldn't find any such company in Rockford, only one in Florida. I was contacted by a person named Steve Mesler for an interview and asked for my personal information. After researching, the only Steve Mesler I found is an American Bobsledder. I am concerned this might be a fake job listing on your site. I've had my identity stolen before, so I'm worried it could happen again with the information I provided. I used a different email address for this application, but my regular email address, associated with indeed, was given to him initially. Could you please verify the legitimacy of this job ad for me?

I utilized their resume writing service to create a resume. I was under the impression it was a one-time charge of $24.99. However, I have been billed monthly, totaling $[redacted].85 in [redacted]. The charges, excluding the initial $24.99, were not authorized by me and were not clearly communicated as ongoing fees. Typically, companies include a contact number on credit card statements for customer inquiries, but Indeed does not provide one, listing [redacted] instead. This lack of transparency makes it hard to address the issue directly with them. I feel this is misleading and deceitful, preying on job seekers without their knowledge. It seems I overlooked these charges in March [redacted], which is my responsibility, but the extent to which they continue to charge is concerning and highly unethical.

Subject lines in daily alerts are displaying strangely. Some have excessive exclamation points, while others start with "Hey this." Additionally, some alerts have "RE:" lines that are too long to fit on the screen, which is a recent occurrence. Previously, alerts only arrived after using the computer, regardless of the time. An alert for a company named "Login Canada" appeared without being set up by us. Despite turning off alerts for the Soroc company, they continue to reappear, requiring us to disable them repeatedly.

I am currently applying to various jobs and customizing my resume for each position. However, I have noticed that we can only apply to jobs with a saved resume. When you want to apply with an updated resume, you are required to upload a new version and cannot retain the previous ones. If I modify a saved resume used for a previous application, will the employer have access to the updated version and cover letter if I apply with a different resume for a separate job? I have been applying for work-from-home customer service positions on Indeed. Legitimate opportunities have reached out for assessments and video interviews. Today, I received a text message from someone claiming to be Hannah Ashworth from Scentre Group for an online interview via the "Telegram" app for a combined role of Data Entry, Front Desk, Admin Assistant, Receptionist, and Customer Service, which raised red flags as it wasn't a company I applied to. The offer of $30/hr in my area and the work-from-home claim seemed dubious. Despite being in the US and the company in Australia and New Zealand, they persisted. This is the third scam attempt in three days through Indeed. I suggest a better job post screening system to protect users. I even reported this to the FTC, as Indeed lacks proper customer support channels. The response I received from GetHuman was unhelpful, and it's disappointing to not have direct support from Indeed regarding such issues.

I am trying to manage a job posted on the site for Portfield Farm Nursery. Unfortunately, our account has been blocked. I have encountered an issue when trying to add my last two jobs to my resume on Indeed. After filling out the required information such as company name, city and state, dates of employment, and job descriptions, I click save but the jobs disappear from my resume afterwards. I have reviewed the FAQs but none of the solutions were helpful. Can someone please contact me via email to schedule a call, or provide a direct phone number for assistance? Hello, I am very upset because I have been contacted by numerous companies that have been misrepresented by scammers, with one in particular being Shady Grove Fertility. I reached out to Shady Grove Fertility, and they confirmed that their entire company has been impersonated. An email asked me to do a credit background check and provide a credit report, luckily I did not comply because this company is not even advertising through Indeed. I am concerned about Indeed's verification process for actual employers, as this situation could result in serious consequences such as identity theft. I believe this is a significant issue and would appreciate a prompt response.

I noticed that some key words like Computer System Administrator, Linux System Administrator, Linux, Red Hat, and SCCS used to be on my online resume, but now they are missing. I had specifically chosen those words, so I am concerned about their absence. Are these key words important to potential employers? I wonder why they have disappeared.
