Help with my Indeed.com issue
GetHuman-mchappel's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Indeed.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mchappel will need to dig through the advice provided by Indeed.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-mchappel can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-mchappel's own words
I applied for a Project Superintendent Position listed on Indeed. Wyatt Management located in Spring Texas posted the job. I received a phone call from what I was told the CEO named Mark. He arranged a interview in Fort Worth Texas. He went over my resume and salary requirements. I told him that I had several solid job offers and all were out of Texas. He called Tim the owner of Wyatt Management and we had a mobile conference call. We set up another interview for the following week. Mark told me that he had little construction experience and really was glad he made contact with someone who had many solid years experience. I went to the interview with Mark and Tim at the same location as my first. We all sat down and Tim told me the job he wanted me to supervise and Mark showed me a few pictures. Tim discussed having to install a *" water main. Mark and Tim discussed my salary at $****..** per week and truck*phone allowance for a additional $ ***.** per month. I told them both that I had job offers for more salary and better benefits but staying close to home would be better than more money and travel. I explained that by accepting their job offer I would contact the other companies and let them know I had a job with Wyatt Management. I was told that I would start the day after Labor day. The three of us stood up and shook hands and I was told that it's all set and welcome to Wyatt Management. I was happy and ready to go to work. It was crystal clear I was hired. I recorded the entire meeting on my cell phone. I always record important meetings and have for a long time. Anyway the Friday before Labor day a good friend of mine called me about a job posting on Indeed. It was the same job I was hired to do. A McDonalds remodel in Dallas off of ***. He spoke with the same guy Mark and was told that he had just started looking for a Superintendent for that project. I told my friend a few days earlier that I had been hired by Wyatt ? He decided to call and find out what was going on. He was told by Mark that he had not interviewed anyone for that project. I immediately sent Mark a text message asking where I needed to go for training. I was shocked that he told me that him and Tim never hired me ? I have both interviews recorded. I told him that I turned down several real job offers. I called Tim on the phone and he was rude. Not the same guy I meet that was so nice but a really mean person. He told me that they had some other plans. Long story short I have in my ** years in the commercial construction industry ever encountered any company like Wyatt Management. I meet with my attorney and he listened to both interviews several times. His conclusion is a verbal contract was presented and accepted by both Mark and Tim. The verbal contract has been broken and has damaged me financially and mentally. I just saw that Wyatt Management has posted the same on Indeed again. I asked another friend of mine to send them a resume. He did and got the same story and that is we just started looking. I ask a private investigator to look into Wyatt Management. She reported unpaid sub contractors and unhappy clients. Honestly Wyatt Management is not the kind of company that Indeed should allow to use and cause distress to honest persons seeking a real job. I have found and applied to many companies posting jobs on Indeed. I as the potential employer am looking for a good fit. Texas is a hard place to find a good salary for someone with my many years of experience. I was so happy to have a job within driving distance from my home working for Wyatt Management. I can't start to explain how disappointed I am being lied to and used by this scam company. I have found out some very disturbing things about Tim. Mark and Wyatt. Hopefully I can help someone from being mislead like me. I would gladly play my two interviews. No mistake was period. Mark and Tim both saw my cell phone right there on the table at my interview and were shocked when I announced I had recorded them both from start to finish. I agree that someone can change their mind but a professional and honest person would immediately pick up the phone and call right ? I have been advised to file a lawsuit in Fort Worth because that is where everything happened.
