Hi,I am an idea-vodafone customer.*Am facing an issue that the mobile number i use i.e, **********...has been deactivated.I had an outstanding amount of Rs.**** even though i informed the customer care service that i will be clearing all the dues with this month bill,but still they deactivated my number.This is really not the right service you provide.When your customer says he will clear all the dues,why is there a need to deactivate the sim card.Since this is a lockdown situation,i cannot go to my nearest idea store.So i kindly request you to re-activate my sim card.Also i am a Patient getting treatment for covid-**..i cannot go to my nearest store.So i kindly request you to activate my sim card.I expect a good reppy from you and i hope you resolve my issue soon.Thank you!*My idea-vodafone mobile number : **********
